Bio Page One of the elements from Cyndy's childhood that helped shape her love of gospel music was the weekly television program, "The Gospel Singing Jubilee." Every Sunday morning, without fail, such gospel greats as The Happy Goodmans and The Blackwoods were invited in through the TV screen to fill that home with music as the family of five dressed for church...               (continued below)

Lots of Sunday afternoons were spent "playing church" in the living room with her good friend, Brenda, who had come home from church with her. While Cyndy hadn't quite mastered the art of playing the piano yet, that didn't stop her from "beating out" her best (or worst) rendition of the gospel hymns she'd just heard at church that morning. Eventually her piano skills improved, and she became the pianist for her uncle's church at the age of 15. Cyndy feels an eternal gratitude towards her uncle for entrusting her with such an important role at such an early age. Recently she went into a studio to create a lasting legacy that would allow others to share in the timeless gift she's been allowed to carry in her hands and in her voice.
